Panelists in our Peer-to-Peer learning programs have diverse backgrounds in the physiotherapy industry, including academia, clinical practice, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Dhammick Shinde (PT) (FRCPT, MBA in Healthcare Management)
Dr. Dhammick is the founder and managing director of Cura Healthcare Services, based in Mumbai, with several physiotherapy clinic chains. He also directs the PTPL program, designed for owners of physiotherapy clinics in Peer-to-Peer Learning Programs.

Dr. Ravi Shankar (PT) (BPT, MA Counseling Psychology)
Dr. Ravi Shankar is the founder of Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services, headquartered in New Delhi. He has been a licensed physiotherapist since 2004 and serves as a Physical Rehab Business Coach. In Peer-to-Peer learning programs, he leads our financial management initiatives for physiotherapists, specializing in guiding them in setting prices for their services.

Dr. Aditi Prayag (PT) (MPT)
Dr. Aditi Prayag, an Assistant Professor at KLE College of Physiotherapy, Hubballi, Karnataka. She is the program leader for the Peer-to-Peer learning initiative for Students (UG/PG) and specializes in Women’s Health.

Dr. Ruturaj Akolar (PT) (BPT)
Dr. Ruturaj Akolkar founded the All is Well Rehab Center and Physiotherapy Clinic in the Pen region of Maharashtra. A proficient physiotherapist, he has organized numerous social camps to raise awareness about physiotherapy among rural communities. Dr. Ruturaj also leads the Peer-to-Peer learning Student Initiative (UG/PG).
