  1. Cancellation Policy

Eligibility : You can cancel your registration for a course within 7 days of the purchase date. (DO NOT MAKE AUTO DEBIT PAYMENT / We DO NOT ask for upfront payments through unknown links, apps, or third-party platforms.)

  • Process: To cancel your registration, please contact us via email peertopeerlearning1@gmail.com at Please provide your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the course you wish to cancel.

Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is received, we will send you an email confirmation.

  1. Refund Policy
    Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the course purchase date.

Refund Process: After your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process your refund within 7 business working days.

Refund Method : Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.Refund will be credited back to original payment method within 5 to 10 working days

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:

  • Cancellations made after 7 days of the course purchase date.
  • Failure to attend the live webinar.
  1. Changes to Courses
